"It should be one very large scene with many details. We wanted to create it so that you could walk around the car like a photographer and take a shot. It´s actually a 360 degrees scene."
"As for materials, I never download materials, I create all my shaders myself, I really like going deep to understand how things work and try to make stuff look as realistic as possible."
"Our passion is to show the wonderful play of light in every day life. Susan helps me to focus on work and points me in the right direction to make the best out of each composition I create."
"I love creating cartoony artwork, especially characters like "Little Mary", my winning image. But I don´t want to be good in only one style so I try to also create photorealistic and fantasy artwork."
"It can help a lot to collect previous ideas, inspirational designs, furnitures, materials and all necessary information about your customer beforehand to get better results."
We liked the subtle lighting, the warm colors and dirty textures in Denis image. It really captures the outdoor feel and tells you to get off the computer into your own adventure.

"I wanted to make something completely different with lots of modeling and texturing work included. Something quite colorful and fantasy like."
"As usual, I did an extensive research, as I wanted to create a very detailed visualization. I looked up archival photographs and drawings, watched movies."
"Generally, my eyes are my main "tools". Working in the field of photorealism, careful observation of the real world and research are very important in order to achieve high-grade realistic results."
"I'm very happy about my image winning the contest. It means a lot to me when my images are appreciated. Additionally, it would be awesome if they made people reflect on the topic."
"I am a dreamer, I love what I do, and I hope to be able to touch people with my work. I hope that I can even help a person to reflect on oneself. The jobs I enjoy doing most are the ones where I can send a message."
We're very happy to introduce to you our high-class RebusFarm 3D Artist of the Year 2016 jury! They will be asked to give feedback on our great entries this year and elect a winner which will be announced by the beginning of 2017.
