When you have a very strong passion for something, but you are limited in your resources, you get very creative to live up to it. So did Alberto Maciel, he is the best example of a self-taught 3D artist with creative ways to learn. He found ways to follow his spirit and made it to be a very talented 3D artist and successful 3ds Max instructor.
In the following making-of, he gives very useful tips and explains why he is not a fan of post-production. Welcome Alberto, we are excited to hear what you have to say.

While architecture is always a product of its time, it also has the power to transcend time. When Gabriela Mazur, our June 2022 3D Artist of the Month, was first laid eyes on the plans of the ‘Casa Ayahuasca’, she was immediately spellbound by the bold concept. Located deep within the Mexican jungle, the fusion of a Mayan temple and an ancient Roman villa tingled her creative sensibilities. After all, who could resist the challenge of capturing the unique and mysterious atmosphere of a paradise lost?
Join us on an architectural journey through space and time, as Gabriela discusses the creation of the ‘Casa Ayahuasca’, tangible inspirations, and the philosophy of movement.

There are countless reasons people start their own business: a more flexible schedule, full financial and creative control, the ambition to make a name for themselves. When Brazilian architect and 3D artist Gustavo Görgen joined forces with his friends Marina Capalonga and Eduardo Possamai to found Do Studio in 2019, he was above all driven by the wish to be part of something bigger than himself – a common goal, a shared vision, and the belief that collective efforts surpass individual ones.
We sat down with Do Studio's three founders to discuss their joint venture and deep dived into one of their most recent projects, the 'Edificio Varandas'.

The world of architectural visualization is a never-ending source of delight, exploring and developing space in everchanging configurations. This month, Piotr Kostyła invites us to his 'Winter Garden' to play a relaxing game of chess or simply admire the lush greenery in a cozy rocking chair. His most recent personal project has already earned him significant recognition as well as numerous accolades, and we are more than happy to join the club and feature Piotr as our May 2022 3D Artist of the Month!
Join us in the winter garden as we trace the origins of the project back to fond childhood memories, take a closer look at the development process, and discuss the Polish CG community.

Let's hear more about how they made this project a visual masterpiece.
